Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Digital books you purchase are licensed to you for personal use. You may download and read them yourself but may not resell, redistribute, or share the files. Printed books are shipped through our fulfillment process; delivery times vary by location.

NannyWorld is a marketplace that connects families with childcare professionals. We verify profiles and award badges based on our review, but we do not employ nannies and are not party to any agreement between a family and a nanny. Families are responsible for conducting their own interviews, reference checks, and final hiring decisions.

Family ($29/month) and Nanny ($19/month) subscriptions and one-time book purchases are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from your account.

You may not harass other users, post false information, upload unlawful content, attempt to bypass our payment system, or interfere with the platform's security. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards.

If you encounter a safety concern or a policy violation, report it using the report tools on profiles or contact us. We review reports and take action, including badge removal and account suspension.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of NannyWorld after an update means you accept the revised terms.
