Account information. Your name, email address, and password when you create an account, plus the role you choose (family, nanny, or admin).

Profile information. Details you add to your nanny or family profile, such as experience, availability, and verification documents.

Messages. Conversations you send through NannyWorld messaging so we can display them to the recipient and keep the platform safe.

Orders and payments. Book purchases and subscription details. Card details are handled by our payment provider (Stripe) and never stored on our servers.

Usage data. Basic analytics such as pages visited, used to improve the site.

We use your information to operate NannyWorld: showing your profile to other users when applicable, delivering purchased books and download links, processing payments, sending service emails (order confirmations, domain and uptime alerts, activity digests), verifying trust badges, and providing support.

Documents you submit for ID or background verification are reviewed only by authorized NannyWorld administrators, are stored securely, and are never shown publicly on your profile — only the resulting badge is.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the site (hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing) and when required by law.

You can edit or remove profile information at any time, unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in any message, and request deletion of your account by contacting us. We may retain minimal records where required for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.

Downloads for purchased books are provided through secure, expiring links tied to your account. We do not share purchase activity with other users.
